I wish you the best of luck on finding someone willing to do this, Usually designers post and get the requests done, But most of them take requests on their graphics shop. I would recommend posting there but the time of them getting the work done varies on how busy they are.

Same here man, I've posted on 5 different shops requesting them and have not got it yet as for they are probably sleeping lol
