I'd get this. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Because Skylake is so new, the premium on unlocked chips is so high that you can get a Haswell-E chip instead which would give you 6 cores and 12 threads for better multi core performance. Also some other changes including cheaper RAM, SSD, Case, GPU and better PSU.

I was planning on trying to overclock. Also i like the corsair case for its easy to build on and looks nice when i decide to figure out how to put leds and led fans in.

750D is a rubbish case though, it's stupidly big and has bad airlfow. R5 is one of the best cases on the market right now.
5820K is overclockable also.

5820K is overclockable and the cooler I suggested can deal with massively more heat output than the Hyper 212 would. To be honest now most cases are easy to build in as long as they are from Coolermaster, Corsair, Fractal Design etc and you won't have any issues as long as you read reviews on the case itself and decide from there. Likewise with fans they are universally 120mm/140mm and both sizes have LED options, or if you are like me you can save money and just get LED strips and place them wherever you want in a case.
