1. Shaky video, don't do that, Simplicity is the key.
2. Using a pre-rendered logo was already a problem.
3. Layering different images doesn't make it nice it's how it's executed.
4. You made the flare at the bottom of the text way to bright, which messed it up.

Don't take that to heart but it seriously needs to be calmed down.

I layer images but they all take a part in the final piece!
There isnt really a flare at the bottom?

To me your style says more "Quantity" than "Quality". My tips for you are to use a lot less images/layer. Focus on a few main things rather than focusing on lots of tiny pieces, to me it just seemed like you were chucking things on for the sake of it. I like what you did with the text though. Hope you don't get offended these are just my views.
