First of all, please fix your post up. It is extremely unorganized, and I had trouble trying to figure out what you were trying to rant about.
As for the lack of support for old generation consoles, the answer is simple. The hardware is outdated. In order to store the large data that new games require, the disc needs to have the capacity. The most storage a DVD can hold is around 8.5 GB. A bluray disc can hold up to 50GB. (BDXL can hold up to 128GB). Old generation systems don't have bluray disc readers, so bluray wouldn't be supported. Then you also have to account for the processing power available. If you want to game to run smoothly, then the processing power would need to be upgraded.
Also, you should understand that 'next-gen- systems aren't new. When everyone had the Playstation 2(which is considered one of the best consoles), customers didn't want to update to the Playstation 3. But technology is always updating. If you want to play on outdated hardware, feel free. But companies are going to focus on the latest and greatest.

Old Gen is outdated and cant handle the new games coming out. Take Black Ops 3 for example. Its time to bury the hatchet

Because old gen doesn't have the new technology the current game systems have and they can't handle new games. Why would they want to keep investing in a system that is over 10 years old?
