So I brought an fifa point account an hour ago. I received the email and tried logging in. When I tried to sign in it was asking for security codes. So when I tried sign in to the Hotmail account to get the code it said about a code has been sent to an alternative email adress... I sent the chat operators pictures of the problem. I had no reply then they ended the chat session.

What the actual fuxk

Just try contact them again, they are legit i believe.

Just try to get into contact with them again and explain exactly what happened, I'm sure they will sort you out. If not get into contact with PayPal and try and get your money back.
