I have recently got a Xbox 360 back and was wondering if you still can get banned for hot swapping?

Maybe year and a half or so ago I had TBOGT(GTAIV) and WaW iso mods. I was waiting until I was banned to get the console rgh'd, but that never happened. The console is still fine to this day and so are all profiles associated are all fine also. With any sort of mod there is always a chance of getting banned, just anymore the chances are small.

You can get banned from any type of modding but the chance of getting mod for hot swapping is pretty slim

i thought hot swapping was patched like years ago.. that's why i flashed my xbox (2 years ago) lol... everytime i tried hotswapping it didn't work.

You can get banned because it's breaking rules. The chance depends on the game and if you get reported.
