This speed art was too all over the place for my personal taste. The intro had nothing to do with the art other than being background noise in my opinion.
And in your speedart you messed around with a lot of elements, but ended up going the with the more simple path. I think some of your ideas you messed around with in the video would have turned this banner out better, but that could just be me.
The big issue I think you need to work on is focus. Just focus more on the art than the style of the speedart. The art is the main point here.
