Does anyone know how to disable the annoying update notifications? I get them every day and I'm tired of seeing them pop-up on my screen.

Unfortunately we cannot it is super annoying and I don't get why Apple has done this to us. If I don't want to update don't try to force me.

The only way to stop these notifications coming through that I know of is to have a jailbroken device. Obviously if you're on 9.1 or upwards then you won't be able to jailbreak. Just going to have to ignore the updates or just give in and update.

I found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] post that talks about blocking or removing the stupid update notifications. I didn't read all the way through it, but it seems like it might help out.

I don't think there's a way to do that unless you have a jailbroken phone because it won't let you OTA update if your phone is jailbroken.
