After I capture with my El Gato i typically cut the clips out that I do not want anymore with the El Gato's built in editing software and then i export my video to Sony Vegas 13. Is there something better than Sony Vegas? My experience with Vegas was difficult to learn at first but I've picked up on some of its features pretty quickly. I've heard good and bad about Vegas but I was just wondering if there is something else I should use besides Vegas?

If you have a Mac, then Final Cut Pro X is the way to go!

If you have a Windows PC then I'd say Vegas Pro is one of the best no doubt!

TBH Vegas 13 is brilliant. The new encoder in that is awesome, if you know the right settings. You can produce high quality video's.
