how am I seeing people who are like second prestige with the dark matter camo? Is it possible to just duplicate the gun stats or what? How does it work?

They either have every gun diamond or have duplicated to master prestige then reset there stats which lets you keep all the camos you have

So if I were to reset my stats I would keep all the camos I have including the challenge camos?
