processor : AMD FX-4350 Vishera Quad-Core 4.2 GHz Socket AM3+ 125W FD4350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor
motherboard: M5A78L-M/USB3

I want MSI GeForce GTX 950 GAMING 2G Graphics Card

but what graphics card would be best?

What do you plan on doing with the computer? If you don't tell us what you want to do we can't determine what is "best".

It wouldn't perform amazing, and the CPU would bottleneck on games like GTA V. Are you buying parts? If so, what is your budget and what exactly do you need?
