Ok so recently I've been really wanting to get a half sleeve on my upper arm so I can cover it up for work but I'm so lost on what to get. I just want to get something that looks cool and doesn't need to have some sort of special meaning. Any input helps!

Why not think about some of the common ideas for half sleeve tattoos and add your own twist on it say like hmm a common half sleeve is a dragon around a cross or like a mechanical arm tattoo sorta why not add your own twist on to something like that?

I do have a couple of ideas but I just wanted some input from anyone else that also has tattoos/has any good ideas for one

Some of your interests would be helpful. You can also go look at the tattoo artists work, they usually have some really nice ideas/designs that look awesome!(<<THIS)
But maybe something like the ying yang? pretty much the good & bad, dragons, scary clowns or womens, rosea??

There isn't really anything I could get with my interests, except maybe cars, but I just wanted to see what other people think for ideas so I could maybe mix some and get my own idea. A dragon tattoo does sound like it could be pretty cool

I'm having a full sleeve tattoo done soon, so let me embrace you with what I think should be a good tattoo to have then you can have maybe one or two ideas for yourself; I'm having a full sleeve with flowers black and grey-ish inc, with clock, and old time digit numbers. Then if you want to remember someone who you love who you're related to put what ever you're close to. This could be something that you like who a idea I've given you...

Intricate geometrical patterns are badass.

Never do tribal though.

If it helps you spark up some ideas, my next half sleeve I want to get a sheep dog fighting with a wolf, surrounded by leaves and stuff on one side and a Viking and ship on the other. And a nebula capping off the top.

I might go with the album cover for Homesick by A Day to Remember on one arm as they are my favorite band, and get something else on my other arm

I think something cool would be some kind of ocean theme get some sick fishes in there a mermaid and sharks if done right it could look pretty cool.

I have seen a couple with that same idea while looking around for ideas and it does look pretty cool
