If r on next gen or PC u can just buy it on legendary Motorsport

On Xbox one you can purchase it from the Legendary Motorsport but im assuming your on old gen well then you can't get it.
You can get a modder to spawn one in for you but you wont be able to customize it neither put it in your garage therefore it will be useless.
