I was never active whenever there was a new Pass added to the game, and just wondering exactly how to get it.

Is the only way to buy in-game on Counterstike or from the CommunityMarket? Or is it possible to get it dropped?

You have to purchase it it either in game or on the market. Buying the pass will give you the operation coin and 2 mission books. You have to do these missions to earn stars and level up your operation coin. It's a great way to earn xp and do new things with the game.

Yea that's what I thought, I just don't have any money in my Steam wallet.

I guess I'll have to sell some skins then...
