What are you going to be editing?
What games do you play
At was resolution do you want to play / use
Do you care about noise?
Do you care about colour?
Do you care about size?
Anything else we need to know?

This should suffice easily in all tasks you throw at it.

Not sure if you're running 1080p, 1440p or 4k.

I'd deffo recommend getting a UHD monitor if you haven't already.

For what you're doing you could spend considerably less, but this is still way under your budget;
