so i start playing minecraft again on my new computer i get on play for a few seconds and bam it goes 50 to 5 to 60 to 10 to 20 to 30 i dont get what is happening i dont have mods on either

You might have to change how much RAM Java can use.

You have only allocated 1GB of RAM and appear to be maxing it out, in the profile editor at the bottom set the JVM arguments to this:
You can change the number to however much ram (in GB) you want to allocate, however I wouldn't go over 3GB.
-Xmx2G -Xms2G
