I have a Picture and Im wondering if someone could make me around a 20 second Outro including this

Picture

And please add this Music and Id like the length to be from 15 until the end of the Outro (Please make the music fade in and fade out along with the Picture to fade in from black and fade out to black!


I will be able to +Rep if anyone is able to do this
