Install dashlaunch, it adds launch.xex and lhelper.xex, to the flash. It will make a launch.ini inside your hdd1 automatically. You can find dashlaunch pretty much anywhere just google it. New version is 2.08 only for 12611. Safe place to get is from Xbins.

Use the installer that come in the folder, just extract contents of the .rar into a folder move that folder to HDD1, go inside installer and run the default.xex, follow on screen instructions. Then your done, really really simple. You can change setting in the launch.ini so your box will boot info FSD or xexmenu there's a lot more other stuff you can do look in the info_launch.ini that came in dashlaunch .rar.
