just had my first tattoo and was just wondering if theres anything i should know?

Keep it out the sun as much as you can. You don't want the color to fade. keep it covered when you shower.
Make sure you keep it moist but not to moist an clean

I've found when using cream on mine to apply it and dab over with tissue after, best not to drown it.

Don't tell anyone you have it for the first week or so. When someone got a new tattoo in school everyone hit them in that site and it was hilarious lol. After it's all healed then show it off. Maybe your school is more mature than my old school.

Don't forget to apply your cream/lotion/moisturizer to it daily. It might peel if you don't.

Use cream daily and try not to pick/scratch the ink.

On the subject of annoying tattoo situations, getting a tattoo that goes over bone is the worst.
