So when I perform a speed test on my phone or my laptop I get abt 13 Mbps, while with my Xbox one when I perform a detailed network test I only get about 1.5 Mbps. Would anyone be able to help with this issue so I am not getting slower download speeds with my Xbox? Also, my ping is much higher with my Xbox than anything else; about 300 ping while I'm getting 20 with my phone and laptop.

well your ping on your xbox is high then your phone because when you speed test on your phone it finds the closest server near you and when you test on xbox it is testing on servers from Redmond Washington so your ping will be worse im not sure if you can do anything about the ping. The download speed you can try to port forward your connection im not sure if it will speed it up but it will open your NAT make sure you are hard wired with a Ethernet cable also. The farther away you are from Xbox live servers the worse your ping will be.
