So me and my cousin wanna play GTA5 on Xbox one but we don't wanna pay for one each so we wanna try to download it on my account then on his but my question is can we do that and can we play at the same time just on different profiles

You should be able to gameshare with one-another. This involves having the person without the game signing into the account of the person who has the game, then they have to set their account to their 'Home Xbox' and install the game from the list of games they own.

I've probably provided you with a terrible explanation. This only works with digital games, by the way, and won't work with disc versions of games. Unfortunately, if you own a disc version of the game, you will be required to have two separate copies in order to play together.

Yes, as long as it's a digital game. You wouldn't be able to do it with a disc copy.
