If you have no experience, you won't get anywhere with the app.
You'll need to have knowledge of java mainly to code your app. You can then create the design within Android Studio.

Honestly, if you have no experience, you are way out of your league for expecting something of your app.

Most peoples first app gets maybe 10 downloads, and that's people who know what they are doing, mostly.

For a business, an app would not be worth the time. An interactive website would be better.

I may be saying mostly what has been said - However. If you have a business and you're asking yourself how to better target audiences you should think about what would suit you best, in regards to will your audience find the best experience through website or native apps. If you're planning to build this all yourself with little experience it's not impossible but VERY difficult to get somewhere quick (especially when you have an idea to get going).

If you're in this position a web app that runs across the range of devices (android/iOS/other) would be a good solution to target all platforms. If you think a website is good enough I would run with that.

Owning a clothing line myself I found that an app was not the path to go down, most people won't download it anyway, all you need is a website and make yourself known on social media, I found Instagram is the best way to get started but that is just me
