I think this is just part of the map design,
The name will not be switched, from what I've seen from other games its not worth it unless there is a court case if a name is something that is offensive or along them lines.
The empty slot with the card in is rather interesting; possibly a DLC insert since they was the first to add in a DLC weapon so maybe first to add a new character model into MP.
