Hey, i play rs3 mostly but my friend wants me to get into 07 with him and to be honest i'm a old player but i took major breaks between runescape when i started in 2007 so i have no idea how i trained and what the fastest ways there are.

i know the training spots but do you have any recommendations on quests? iv'e done the minor ones like dragon slayer and waterfall quest and i'm level 47 at the moment.

Any special things i should do to make something easier on me?

I'm not going to go for a pking account sadly i did enjoy that back in the day but i want to focus on pvm

Also feel free to add me ingame

Doing any quests you can is always a good way to start, skipping all the low levels and getting free xp.

Doing the waterfall quest is the best idea you could do at first.

Grand tree, tree gnome village, fight arena, monkey madness are all good ways to get some free xp (mm takes 43 prayer though so keep that in mind).

If I were you I would start using slayer as a form of training. At 58 you can kill cave horrors for black masks/clues which can be good money.

I would say set the goal at barrows gloves. Gives you decent stats to have everything done for them. Just have fun and build out what you wanna when you wanna and enjoy!

The link I provide doesn't tell you the requirements for each quest, but rather the order in which is most effective at completing all quests... Of course you can mix in or not do ones you want to, but this has been a solid list that I've used for a quest cape and almost a second.
