Can anyone help me with changing origin account on fifa 16?

I downloaded fifa on xbox 1 yesterday and it signed me into a useless new account. My account on PS3 was level 56 and would of been helpful to use over on Xbox one. Does anyone know how to switch origin accounts throughout the game?

I think you need to jump on a PC an go on your origin account and change it to the email which is associated with your main account. Also do this with the EA website. Let me know how you get on.
