Is anyone else having/had a problem with this? I am seriously stuck with trying to remove this stuff from my computer I've tried so much, I need help can someone walk me through removing this stuff? I can barely use chrome any more because every couple of sites or so it'll pop up and basically stop me using the browser, sometimes it does something to the browser and it keeps refreshing and not responding and then it crashes.

can someone help? thanks!

edit: I've used a few anti-malware programs but so far nothing has removed it, and I'm currently not in the position to be able to pay for software to remove it so if anyone has any free ways of doing this please let me know

The easiest solution to your problem is to reinstall windows, just get a flash drive(and hope that your flash drive does not get infected) or upload your important files to a cloud.

ADWCleaner and Hitman Pro should suffice, if not, then re-install windows or use a back-up.
