There is a program running in task manager when i turn my pc on called STEAMVSR i am scared to play comp and i want help quickly! Thank you

Right click on the task and open to file location, if its in a temp folder of some sort then I'd delete it.
boot the pc in the safe mode and see if the process is still running. run a virus scan too.

I don't think it is a harmful file. You should be fine.
