This service requires us to recover your gamer tag and can be done anytime we are not hosting an online lobby. In order for us to perform this service you will need to send us an e-mail that includes your gamer tag that you are wanting prestiged along with the email address that you used when you set up your XBL account and the current password for it. The reason this information is required is because we have to recover your GT on our retail xbox 360, then join a private match that our jtagged console hosts.
