It just slots in, your case probably doesn't have any screws to secure it in however so you would need to sort that out.

Yes, you will need cables for the GPU. Slot the GPU in to the highest PCIe slot on your motherboard that it will fit in. The Gigabyte Windforce GTX 950 uses a 6-pin PCIe cable, which the XFX PSU I suggested has, so you will be fine. We wouldn't suggest components that aren't going to be compatible.
