I doubt it. Team Xecuter was bought out by ninja. Now since then, I doubt the modding for XB1 will be progressed. Plus I also think TTG would ignore it because they are trying to slowly move away from modding as a whole.

The site feels very dead. I think that it has been for a while now.

There used to be new posts every 45 seconds now there's a new one every 5 minutes on a good day

yoooo I was just thinking about this in my head last night because I was going through the forums and I was like why aren't the forums as active as they used to be nobody really comments on anything as much I've just been on hack forums lately

Them were the days... Forum's are slowly dying out. Sad truth really, lots of people just get disinterested and bored and become inactive. We need TTG how it used to be!
