I'm normally a generally chill person that'll take the time to sit down and explain something, but you, "friend", do not deserve so.
Take a step out of the conspiracy theories shit and try to remember what the Earth, Sun, Solar System and universe is.
It's impossible to explain anything in a friendly manner to people like you, but lemme leave you with one thought. Why would NASA LIE ABOUT THE **** PLANET BEING FLAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
Oh yea, go grab a telescope and look at the planets (and moon) around us and tell me if they are flat or not.

NEW THEORY:
NASA angled all the planets and stars directly at the earth so they appear to be circles so that they can maintain the lie that earth is round.

Yeah, that is exactly what happened. Also we faked the moon landing.

We've seen many photographs and video evidence that the earth is a globe..

I'm not 100% sure if the earth is a sphere or if it's flat.

Admittedly, the only reason that I read this mess of a thread is because I'm at work and it seemed like an interesting argument - and it's just that, the argument was riveting.
Now I'm no physicist, astronaut, or anything of the sort, but I have an elementary education and recognize the fact that NASA has launched not only rockets containing astronauts, but unmanned satellites that have taken high resolution pictures and videos of the earth.
Typically, I allow everyone to post as they feel, and respectfully comment back with no harsh words on the topic. Now I'm not sure if you're new to the internet, but I feel as if this needs to be said out loud: when you post in an online forum, specifically asking for another user's opinion, you shouldn't be surprised when you receive an opinion that is different from your own.
Literally as soon as someone disagreed and challenged your information with a compelling argument (I feel as though no sources are necessary, judging by the fact that you learn most of this information before grade 8):
you threw a hissy-fit and felt the need to immediately defend yourself. Now whether this has to do with poor ego or poor forum experience, I don't know and nor do I care, but you cannot create a thread proposing an idea such as this without expecting some backlash from those who have studied this topic far more than you (take the aspiring physicist for example).
At first I found the topic semi-interesting to read about, only because the imagination of some people amazes me, but your rebuttals are full are full of half-credible sources circulating around the same few points that you stated in your original post and demeaning statements to people who are using fully credible sources that were proven years ago to be true. If you can't contain yourself in an online argument, I'd say that your days as a conspiracy theorist will be short.
I love debate threads, but don't ask for an opinion if you don't want one. The internet created blogs for that very reason.

Schwarz wrote002 wrote The earth scientifically cannot be a perfect circle, nor can it be flat. I don't have the time, nor the crayons to explain this to you so I'll go over it briefly. See how your house is taller than the road, yet the tree (may or may not be) is taller than your house? There ya go, can't have a perfect circle when things aren't at the same level.
As for the bulge, come one, can you not think of one thing? The earth is spinning. 71% of the earth is water. When a ball of water spins, yeah it's not going to be a perfect circle. Not only that but the earths core to the best of our knowledge is in a liquid state. Not only that, but all the land masses look different. As the world turns, you see new land masses even though you're at the same spot in earth.
If you really think the earth is flat, tell me how the water isn't flowing off the sides. Take a flat piece of wood metal, what ever you like (your theory of a flat earth), put some dirt on it (land) then poor some water on the flat object. Where'd the water go? If your small scale experiment has no water, how could the earth have water? I'm giving it to you easy, I didn't even tell you to spin it. The answer is that the earth is a sphere, and has a gravitational pull that keeps the water attached to it. You could go into it more and look at surface tension and all that, but we're going with the basics as my crayon has just snapped.
Sorry, that does not prove anything, whatsoever.. I really don't see your point if im honest.
The water doesn't fall off the edge because of the ice barrier around the sides, and your argument is valid, by the way.
Basically, supposedly, the Earth is spinning right. Well because its a 'sphere' different parts of the earth would have different speeds
If the earth was spinning 30 KM/s, then tell me why if you was at the top of the earth, and you got onto a plane to the equator, then got off that plane. You do not feel the slightest change in motion? But yet can get vertigo from looking upwards.
Ill tell you why, because we're not spinning, and it's totally absurd..
Buy a new crayon.
EDIT: I would like to point out, that it is believed the outer ice barrier, is Antarctica. Hence why it is not visible on the UN flag, also why you are not allowed to freely travel beyond a certain point. If you do however. You will literally be shot on sight. Yet no one owns Antarctica, yeah I call horsesh*t.

Lol what?! That makes no sense? Remember what the Earth, Sun, Solar System and Universe is? How is than an explanation?
And the reason they would lie is because, put simply, If they are siproven to the fact the Earth is a globe, then the theory of evolution would also be disproven, and so on.
This guy explains it well. Might i point out he is neither a flat earther or a globe earther. He's been studying the subject a while, and tries to disprove one another. I think he uses something called the The Scientific Method. Correct me if i'm wrong.
Watch the whole video, and tell me what you think.

I was about to say BS but I'm always open to different opinions and after reading all the evidence and watching the videos provided this has opened up my view on this subject definitely.

If I was crazy I'm sure Geocentrism wouldn't be studied by professors, because it has a very valid argument.
