they are easy to kill take it to the death ray and kill it, use storm bow (works same as death ray) death machine kills it it secconds and pop shocks takes a few melle attacks and like the other guy said keep some distance and move when he fires at you.

This. The Panzer is pretty easy to take down if you know what you are doing. I recommend going directly to the death ray and shooting the Panzer while he is floating in the air. If that doesn't kill it just keep shooting as it should be pretty weak.

I have used the death ray but a lotta the time the panzer catches me on the opposite side of the map and then it starts flame throwing me and I get trapped by zombies from the other side lol

id say when he sprays the fire thats op pretty much red screens you straight away
