I straight piped my El camino for awhile because I didn't want to buy a muffler but in Michigan they don't do inspections so it didn't matter.
If it's your dd I would at least have a glass pack muffler or something similar since it's straight through but quiets it down a bit

but really, don't do that, it's obnoxious and the only people that think it's cool are other ricers, everybody else finds you annoying

Not really. There are many applications for a straight pipe, for example if you decide install a turbo.

Like failing inspection? If you decide to install a turbo most just go with a turbo back exhaust
Oh my bad, i didn't explain very well. I mean't if you turbo'd a motorcycle...
Here is a picture of my dad's bike, you can see where the turbo is, but i didn't get a picture of the other side of the bike(where the muffler is)...

But here is another picture of another bike but this is showing the exhaust side...

Oh and in Oklahoma( a state in the united states ) we don't have inspections.

Here is what it sounds like, and i think that it sounds great...

Bikes and cars are whole different animals. Hell, one car to another is apples to oranges in the exhaust standpoint as some cars need a muffle for the exhaust back pressure, and others don't.
