Yes it is becuase all my other accounts are locked from the Web app.

just out of curiosity did you try and unlock them by playing games? or did you just make the purchase while they are cheap?

50 games the support told me also brought the coins for X1 and now say it was for 360 don't wanna risk main account because permanent ban for comfort trading.

Some people are saying that accounts are sometimes perma locked and will not be unlocked
