Oh my I feel you man same situation happened with me I just literally got done with my girlfriend that I've been with the past 2 years but other then that man your going to have to get through it days are going to pass regardless of what you do god it is going to be tough but we are only human beings and there's so much we can take in this world I say maybe just take time off your phone for a while and just try not to dwell on it at night because that's where it hits the hardest it's just as hard for her as it is for you just check up on her my man do not let her go through it alone I know you two have broken up but comfort her and get her through it and hopefully it will get you through it as well and hey I'm here if you need anything my dude I know how it feels

The same exact thing happened with me and my girl, she broke up with me because i was too "sensitive". It's hard because she was also my first true love and it **** me up for months, it takes time for the heart to heal, i'm still struggling to pull myself together sometimes. Yes, ending a relationship is hard but to tell you the truth, i'm glad she broke up with me because we just couldn't connect when we talk with each other, she just doesn't understand me and i've realized that i can't change none of these bad things about her and if you're in a same situation like i was, i think it's better to move onto better things because we deserve better. I'm glad she broke up with me first, otherwise i feel like our relationship would have been a mess if we kept up being together. Furthermore, One thing i do is play video games (league of legends haha) and hang out with friends that love you for who you are. Other things like exercise are very beneficial for mental health. But yeah just hang in there man, good things will come, there is always light at the end of the dark tunnel, remember that.

The only time I don't think about it is when I'm working or just having fun with mates so if I was you I would recommend you to just chilling with some mates and having a good time there is plenty more fish in the sea mate but keep your chin up
