i would swap that cpu out with a better one im not an amd fan i hate them(from my experience) but i would go for like an 8350 i believe is a good one

It's outdated, Vishera CPU's shouldn't be bought for new rigs now.

DDR3 with Skylake is just shooting yourself in the foot. V300 SSD's are not very good, it's not much more expensive for a better SSD, so no reason not to. 380>960.
