1. My xbox keeps disconnecting and reconnecting itself to xbox live, No my internet is not down. It's like it's refreshing the dashboard every 2 seconds

2. I have done everything from deleting and recovering my profile, factory reset, hard reset. Hard reset fixes it for like a hour and then it continues to do it again

If You Haven't Already Try Reseting You Router. If This Doesn't Work Try Contacting [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] And Ask If Theres Any Way They Can Fix It.
