Pretty sure he meant he was queue'ing up with a guy and he hacked. If one of your friends gets VAC'd or OW'd, you lose all the wins/losses youve ever had with them.

No, you just lose all the wins, you keep the losses. And he'd be a pretty shitty cheater if he lost games when he was cheating.

And he clearly said that "he got into a game with a hacker". "a game" meaning a single game.
