I just got a new motherboard and cpu. I put the drivers from the cd on to a usb from my laptop and put it in my pc and the usb stick is not found and when i try to boot into the usb from startup it, it comes up as
"BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart"

You need to install Windows first. Once Windows is installed, that's when you need to install the drivers.

Did you install Windows? Installing driver won't do much without an OS.

Then if you're getting a BOOTMGR error, remove all USB apart from Mouse & Keyboard and boot in.
Drivers will install automatically.

Don't I need internet for that? Because I tried that and it doesn't work for me

Installed drivers , what I did was put the drivers onto my laptop hdd them put the hdd in my pc.
