Ive been drinking coffee daily for like 5 years now, sometimes if I dont have any caffeine all day I get a raging headache. Maybe dont drink it a day or twwo and see if that happens to you, if it does then maybe its time to cut down lol

2 coffee's a day is nothing. I can go through 4 a day and then have none for a week.

I have about 4-5 coffee's a day and i can't even count how many cup's of tea i have a day, 2 is nothing man.
I don't drink coffee to wake me up or give me a caffeine boost because it really does nothing to me i just like the taste haha.

2 if fine
I drink like half a liter in the morning and a few cups during the day.
I'm addicted though as I get withdrawal symptoms after a day without it I drink it for the taste though, doesn't really give me a boost anymore.

I don't drink coffee, but 2 a day seems okay. Also just try and stick too 2 a day or even go too 1 a day. There are positives about coffee, but also a lot of negatives.
