Hey, so anyone dark souls players out there? Im thinking of picking up dark souls 3, but story wise im not sure if I would need to play the others first (or if they are closely/at all linked with story)

Im ok with combat and learning mechanics but just in terms of story i'm not sure if I can skip dark souls 1 & 2.

It's a fun game just be prepared to die and by die i mean like every 3 seconds

I recommended playing the first Dark Souls before playing Dark Souls 3 because those two are very similar because it was made by the same dev.

Dark Souls 2 is uhmm... well... yeah...
