I'm looking to buy a pre built pc that isn't complete shit, my budget is between 600-800$ I need a pic that will be able to run games like arma easily.

Any pre-built that you buy will be complete shit compared to building one yourself.
If you don't know how, learn how to build a PC. it's easy and you get better for your money.

I am not a genius when it comes to building PCs so I would for sure take a look at what other people post on here as far as that goes, but I know you said you wanted a prebuilt but honestly pre-builts are a waste of money. Just in case you decide to build one here is my suggestion, you get two ssd's for os and maybe a game i have never used them but it is dirt cheap so worth a shot.
