I am looking to buy a pre built gaming pc that is in between 500-800$ that can run Arma 3 and games like that easily on high.

Why don't you try to build your own it's really simple it's like playing with lego it will save you money
if you want i can tell you what parts to buy so you won't make a simple mistake like buying a motherboard for a Intel cpu then buying a AMD cpu
