Was that a dev who had the outfits? Or do you think we will be able to get via like playing splinter cell or Assassins Creed and will be unlocked via U-Play?

As far as I know this was not a dev. This was a glitch in the game. I don't think a dev would leak this intentionally

Well they might just be adding these, I could see this being added as a micro-transaction or either in the Uplay Rewards Store for playing those games.

From what i've read on the internet, the outfits were glitched and i've also heard that there was a glitch in the system and that it appeared in some peoples inventory months ago. Now as far as too buying or getting them, i've heard that they won't ever sell micro transactions separately the only thing that'll be sold is in dlc so the outfits will come with dlc.. None of what i've said is confirmed.
