Jail Breaking Your Ipod.

Using greenposi0n you will be able to jailbreak any firmware from 4.1 to below.

I have a 3rd Gen 4.1 Ipod touch i jail broke my ipod using this.

^Once you have downloaded this this will come when you open it^.

Now plug in you ipod turn it *off*

Click Prepare for JailBreak,

Time the buttons right and it will go into DFU Mode.

Let it go and dont touch the home or sleep button

It will load coding on your screen.

Then when it turns back on and then slide it to open .

Then open the app Loader,

Download cydia and you get whatever you want.

Winterboard will come up when you download a theme or dock etc.

had to restore it, jailbreak loading bar wasnt making progress, then said jailbreak failed

i have 4.1, the thing that says "jailbreaking..." and the loading bar dont go anywhere. how long does it take

the same thing happened to me! my solution is to simply try it on another computer. it worked 100% for me. hope it works for you

ugh i give up, ive tried numerous jalbreaks with none of them working. ill just trade my ipod for a diff one or something then try
