i packed a 90 rated bale i want to sell him but i dont know when is the best time to sell he is only going for around 400k at the moment will his price go up or down?

Yes and no. Some players may drop to a price in which they will become extinct while some will stay the same price as they are now. It all depends on the player, how often they are packed, and the demand for them on the market.
