Okay I have a question. My mother board is Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, and I want to purchase an MSI GTX 950. My PCI slot is PCI 2.0 x16 so my question is will I be able to upgrade my hardware even though its 2.0 when the grapics card says 3.0? Please help thanks.

it's fine they're compatible, the pci revision numbers just indicates bandwidth and their isn't a gpu on the market which can saturate a 16x PCI-E 2.0 slot.
