This tutorial is how to convert to CEX without your original flash files in order to change your MAC address and then back to DEX using the newly created dumps.

1. Go to 3.55.
2. Dump your EID
3. Go to 4.21 ITA
4. Dump Flash File to USB in Rebug Toolbox
5. Convert the DEX dump to CEX.
6. Back to 3.55 DEX OFW
7. Open MultiMAN, double click on your CEX dump and agree to everything.
8. Restart Your PS3.
9. Install 3.55.4 Rebug
10. Install 3.55 OtherOS ++
11. Run ChaosAir Bringer
12. Use HxD editor to change the MAC.bin
13. Run Chaos Air Bringer Agian
14. Restart your PS3, Make sure your MAC has changed.
15. Install 3.55.4 Rebug.
16. Open MM and double click on the DEX dump you created in step 4.
17. Agree to everything and then reboot your PS3.
18. Now go into Rebug Toolbox and make sure your on LV2 : DEX
19. Install 4.XX Firmware of your choice.
20. Enjoy being unbanned on w/e game you were MAC banned on.
