Hey there. So I've basically done my PC part but now I'm looking for a decent monitor. I've found one

I think that's decent but I know nothing coming to monitors. I'm looking for kinda like 100 GBP one. If that's a good one, I was gonna get that. If anyone knows if it's good or not/knows something better, a reply would be nice. Thanks.

No, that BenQ monitor would be a terrible choice. Either of these would be a much better choice;

The AOC monitor is VESA compatible, the LG one is not. If you don't require VESA compatibility, either of those will do.

If you prefer Dell monitors, you can get this. Again, no VESA compatibility(as with the LG one). You might be able to pick one of these up in a local PCWorld if they have them in stock in store, which could be handy if you'd prefer that. Otherwise, I'd probably go with the LG or AOC monitor.
