I love threads like this. Comic 'Hero's' can never really go against each other(Not full out.)

I understand CA is super strong, heals fast, etc but he can still be wounded.

And if you think Iron Man can't take him down with some of his Tech, you're funny. IM literally blew a tank up with a rocket the size of a pair of finger nail clippers. Think if he wanted to just waste away CA with a real bomb? His little shield wouldn't stop the full blast from killing him.
